1950 Out On A Limb Lithographic Crayon Storyboard Drawing For Chip & Dale

1950 Walt Disney Studio Out on a Limb Original Production Animation Story Drawing. This 6” x 8.25” color lithographic crayon on untrimmed story sheet, includes a large 5.5” x 8.25” expressive and whimsical image of Chip & Dale. Drawing was created by a Disney artist in development of a scene in the animated short directed by Jack Hannah. Bill Berg and Nick George are credited for story on this cartoon. Small pinholes in the corners from placement of this original on a storyboard at the Disney Studio during production of the film. Storyboard drawings are early renditions to assist in creating the flow of the story and precede animation drawings or cel production.
